Check Your Apple Device's Warranty Status

Software Version iOS 13 or newer

  1. Open SETTINGS app

  2. Tap GENERAL

  3. Tap ABOUT

  4. Beneath the Serial Number, either LIMITED WARRANTY or APPLECARE+ will display depending on the type of warranty you purchased. Tap the option for additional details including expiration date and coverage details.

*Note*: If the warranty option doesn't show in SETTINGS, take note of the serial number and visit Apple's Service and Support Coverage website. 

 

Check Warranty Status on Apple's Website

  1. Follow the steps above to view the serial number of your iPhone/iPad

  2. Visit the following website: https://checkcoverage.apple.com

  3. Enter the serial number

  4. Enter the code provided on screen

  5. Details regarding your current software and support coverage will be displayed.

Mac Computer

  1. Click Apple icon (top left corner of screen)

  2. Click ABOUT THIS MAC

  3. Click OVERVIEW to view serial number

  4. Click SERVICE to check your service and support coverage status
