Here’s How It Works:

1. Pack Your Forever Box

Once you place your order, your FOREVER Box will be shipped to you. Three-way FedEx® shipping and insurance for your items are added at checkout. The box includes a step-by-step guide and barcodes for your items. Once the box arrives, pack it with the items you’d like digitized, apply the pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at any FedEx® location. 2. Track Your Memories

When FOREVER receives your box at the Digital Conversion Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, their team of specialists will carefully preserve your memories using state-of-the-art technology. Track the progress right in your FOREVER Box Center.

3. Enjoy For Generations

Once converted, FOREVER will return your original items to you and upload your digitized files to your FOREVER Box Center where you can view, download and enjoy them. You can also choose to preserve your digital files for generations with FOREVER permanent online storage.
