Sync All Calendar Events to iPhone & iPad

Have you ever searched your iPhone or iPad calendar for an appointment you had several months ago to find that you can’t locate it? The reason may be that your iPhone/iPad calendar is not yet set to sync several months back or all events. Follow these steps to change the setting:

Software Version iOS 13 or newer

 

  1. Open SETTINGS app

  2. Tap CALENDAR

  3. Tap SYNC

  4. Tap ALL EVENTS or one of the other options if you prefer syncing several months back instead
